Since deciding to adopt and starting the process to find the sweet baby to join our family, the more excited I get to see Hailame as a Dad.
Hailame was made to be a dad.
Besides the fact that I find him extremely attractive when holding babies, Hailame has been anxious and ready to start this new chapter in our life.
He is the Uncle adored by all of our nieces and nephews. Since we’ve been married, the new name I’ve taken on is, “Hi Hannah, where’s Hyrum.” (not joking at all!)
When we are at our parents’ homes, you will most likely find him in the backyard or running around the house playing with the kids.
EVERYWHERE we go, he makes an instant connection to kids. I don’t know how he does it, but he is a child whisperer and just knows how to connect with them.
At our home in St. George, neighborhood children know where he keeps his secret stash of goodies, and he is the biggest push over when it comes to giving treats away.
Hailame is a father figure to our older nephews teaching by example how to treat others and what it means to be a man.
He sets an example to our nieces on how every man should treat and respect women.
I’m so lucky to be his partner in this adventure, and I can’t wait to watch our own children fall in love with him the way the I and the rest of the children in our lives have!
love, hannah jane
